The Chetopa High School football team is making the transition from playing 8-man football to 6-man football. Head Coach Josh Ghering, who is coming into his second year, says there are a few differences with how 6-man football is played.

Coach Ghering says he looks forward to the challenge of coaching 6-man for the first time and the opportunities it will give his players. There are currently 24 Kansas schools that play 6-man football.
