Field Kindley drops both on the road at Independence to end 2021. The Lady Nado fell 47-33 and the Nado boys 67-37.
In the girls' matchup, Coffeyville found themselves in a hole early as Indy would open the game up on an 11-0 run that would end with a first-quarter lead of 11-1. The Nado girls found some rhythm in the second quarter cutting the lead back down to single digits but Abby Veile would take over pushing the lead up to as much as 23 for Indy. Veile finished with 19. Lady Nado Taiylor Caron led the charge to try to cut in the lead finishing with 14.
In the boy's matchup, it was all Easton Ewing as he dropped 36 points. The Nado kept it close for most of the first half but when it was tied up at 18, Indy would go on a 10-0 run to close out the half and never looked back. Caden Herring led the Nado in scoring with 10. Both teams are off until January 4th when they take on Parsons for the first Nado home game of the year.
