Another exciting chapter was added to the Wilson County rivalry as the Fredonia Yellowjackets beat Neodesha Blue Streaks 63-56 in overtime Friday night.

The teams would trade blows in the 2nd half with neither team getting more than a 3-point lead at any point and nothing was solved after 32 minutes as the score was deadlocked at 54. In the overtime, period Fredonia outscored Neodesha 9-2 on the strength of solid free throw shooting to earn the win.
