Independence is coming off a big win last Friday 52-6 against Wichita North. Coach John Black was happy with the strides his offense made as they averaged over 10 yards per carry. Independence travels to Fort Scott this Friday for a non-district game.
After an impressive showing by the Bulldog defense Coach Black says there are some players for Fort Scott he has an eye on. Fort Scott has new faces on defense and Coach Black likes the way his offense matches up against that. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 PM this Friday at Fort Scott.
