Independence looks to make strides after a disappointing outing against El Dorado last Friday. The Bulldogs lost 36-0 to El Dorado. The game was called at the half due to lightning in the area and the big score. Coach John Black says that the Bulldogs got their offense going later in the first half.

Coach Black says he thinks his offense will have success against Wichita North this week. Independence will be on the road for a nondistrict game against North. Things are set to get kicked off at 7 PM.
