The Field Kindley Golden Tornado boy's golf team competed in their first meet of the season in Caney.
The team of Sophmore Tyler Zimmerman, Freshman Zac Becker, Daric Voss and Zane Cox placed third overall. Zimmerman shot a 98 and placed 5th overall individually and Becker shot a 105 and placed 8th overall. Coach Mike Peck says the team battled 25 to 35 mph winds all day.
