FKHS's Jones Signs LOI to Attend Kansas State

Field Kindley High School will be represented on the Big 12 football stage next season. Wide receiver and defensive back standout Darell Jones will keep his talents in the state of Kansas, officially signing on with the Kansas State Wildcats on a full-ride scholarship.

Head Football Coach Deonta Wade says Jones has done everything anyone could ask of him and the chance to continue his academic and athletic career at K State is just icing on the cake.  He says everyone at Coffeyville is looking forward to watching this young man grow and become a better football player and a better young man.

Jones joins 13 other players in K-State's 2021 signing class, which includes players from Missouri, Texas, and Georgia. 24/7 Sports, a leading source for recruiting news, ranks Jones as the fourth-best "athlete" in the state at that particular position.
