All of the state volleyball brackets are set throughout the state of Kansas. Seven state tournaments will take place at four locations on Friday and Saturday.
In 6A, Olathe Northwest is an undefeated 27-0 and they'll try to hold on to their perfect season taking on Wasbhurn Rural, Blue Valley West and Garden City in Salina at the Tony's Pizza Events Center on Friday.
Also in Salina, 5A will host Lansing, Bishop Carroll, St. Thomas Aquinas and Maize South on Saturday.
As for 4A, Andale won 34 matches this season and only lost two as they will take on McPherson, Ottawa and Bishop Miege for the state title at the Hutchinson Sports Arena on Friday.
On Saturday in Hutch, 3A's Sabetha finished with a regular season record of 36-1 and a quarterfinal win over Perry-Lecompton in the quarterfinals. They will join Smoky Valley, West Franklin and Goodland.
In 2A, Heritage Christian held off St. Mary's Colgan in four sets. They are competing against Smith Center, Hillsboro and Wabaunsee at the United Wireless Arena in Dodge City on Friday.
Class 1A Division I will also play in Dodge on Saturday with Lebo, Skyline, Central Plains-Wilson and Hudson participating.
As for 1A Division II, Emporia will be hosting Hanover, Attica, Central Christian and Wheatland-Grinnell.
Round robin pool play will determine the seeding and will begin at 10:45 a.m for all classifications. After seeds are determined, the semifinal matches will start at 3 p.m. The third-place match and championship match will begin 25 minutes after the conclusion of the semifinal matches.
