Caney Valley finishes its regular season with a record of 6-2 after a 47-16 loss to Columbus. 
 

The star of the game was Columbus's running back Gabe Martin. He put up a stat line of 224 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns on 16 carries. The Titans were too much for Caney Valley to handle in the trenches giving Martin tons of holes to run through. 
 

With the win, Columbus wins the district championship and will host a playoff game next week. As for the Bullpups, they will be on the road for their playoff game as they end up in third in the district. Both of their opponents are to be determined.
