Tonight's Game of the Week between West Elk and Cedar Vale-Dexter has been canceled.

Athletic Director Dana Taliaferro informed KGGF earlier this morning that the game been the Patriots and the Spartans had been canceled. No official reason was given for the cancelation.

West Elk will not be the only area team not taking the field this week, as the Oswego Indians also saw their game against Marmaton Valley canceled. Head coach Matt Fowler told KGGF that the cancelation was not COVID related, but simply that the Wildcats did not have enough players to go ahead with the game.

Next week's Game of the Week will pit the Fredonia Yellow Jackets against the Riverton Rams. That game will kick off from Riverton at 7 p.m.
