Something will have to give Friday night as Caney Valley will host Galena in a Class 3A-District 1 battle.

The Bullpups come into tonight's game with a 4-0 record and averaging over 300 yards rushing a game while putting up nearly 38 points per contest. Baylor Thornton and Tanner Rose are leading the attack for the Bullpups with 391 yards and 331 yards rushing, respectively.

On Galena's side of the ball, the Caney Valley defense will have to watch out for senior running back Deacon Henson who torched Caney last year for over 100 yards rushing and a touchdown. Junior quarterback Brett Sarwinski threw for 126 yards and a touchdown while tacking on another 103 yards on the ground in a 38-30 Double OT victory last season.
