Former K-State guard Cartier Diarra announced that he will transfer to Virginia Tech. 

Diarra was recruited by former K-State assistant coach and current Virginia Tech assistant Chester Frazier. During his junior season for the Wildcats, Diarra averaged over 13 points and four assists per game. 

There is a wait for Diarra as he put his name in the NBA draft to get feedback from the league but if he does decide to go back to school then he will head to Virginia Tech to play for the Hokies.
