#1 Kansas had to scratch and claw on Saturday afternoon but the Jayhawks were able to hold off Kansas State 62-58.
The Jayhawks (26-3, 15-1) got 25 points from Devon Dotson and also got some help from TCU as the Horned Frogs upset #2 Baylor to give KU a one game lead in the conference as they're coming down the home stretch.
K-State (9-20, 2-14) was led in scoring by Cartier Diarra with 15 points. K-State has lost 11 of the last 12 meetings between the Jayhawks.
Up next, K-State will travel to Stillwater, OK to battle Oklahoma State on Wednesday night with the tip-off scheduled for 8:00 PM.
