K-State Drops 7th straight

 

Kansas State dropped their 7th straight game on Saturday afternoon with a loss at home to Texas, 70-59. 

 

The Wildcats (9-18, 2-12) have also lost nine of their last 10 games and were led in scoring by Xavier Sneed with 15 points. 

 

The Longhorns were led in scoring by Courtney Ramey who poured in a career high 26 points including 21 of those in the first half as Texas led by 19 at halftime. 

 

Texas has won back to back games since a four game losing streak. 

Kansas State has a difficult stretch this week with two of the top three teams in the nation with Baylor and KU on tap this week. It starts at Baylor on Tuesday night. Tip-off at 7:00 PM with coverage on 690 AM KGGF beginning at 6:00 PM.
