FKHS Takes One of Two in Rare Montgomery County Matchup

The Lady Nado picked up their second win in a row and fourth win of the season beating Caney Valley 47-39.  Coffeyville who led almost the entire first half saw the momentum swing to the Bullpups as they got their first lead of the first half 16-15.  In the second half with Addison Peck and Shonase Collins on the bench do to foul trouble, Head Coach Anita Walker says the other girls really stepped up.  Big 3s from Kylie Speer, Bre Flanders and Addison Peck in the fourth quarter helped FKHS pull away late.  The Nado boys continue to struggle in the second half as a single digit halftime deficit quickly turned into a double digit deficit in the second half as the Nado fall to the Bullpups 66-41.

Coffeyville heads to Independence on Friday for their third matchup of the year against the Rival Bulldogs.
