According to the official Jayhawk Conference standings, Fort Scott Community College has apparently forfeited all of its wins across the 2019 season. The Greyhounds now sit at the bottom of the stands with an 0-9 record.

With the new information, the Independence Community College Pirates have now at least clinched a share of the Jayhawk Conference title and a chance to win it outright. If Garden City loses to Butler this Saturday, then ICC will win the conference. If Garden City wins, both teams will finish at 6-1 and share the title. Independence plays at Ellsworth this weekend and will not add a win or loss to their conference total.

In other news, CCC picks up its fourth win of the season due to the forfeits. Fort Scott defeated the Red Ravens earlier this year, 40-29.
