The Neodesha Bluestreaks look for their first win on the season this Friday as they travel to Douglass High School. Bluestreaks still battling with a few injuries including their senior line backing unit, though talking with coach Black he says they’ve worked hard to prepare the younger guys and is happy with the way they have stepped up. The Bluestreaks again 0 and 3 on the season having to take down a 2 and 1 Bulldogs team out of Douglass who are coming off a recent home win against Marion High School. Speaking with coach John Black on his next opponent he says if his offense and defense can work together and keep Douglass off the field they have a pretty good shot of taking their first win . Though he says if they are able to run the edges well like Caney did last week, he says missing their senior linebackers will become very obvious.
