Coffeyville is preparing to celebrate veterans coming up next week.

Coffeyville Chamber President Candi Westbrook says this year's ceremony will be held on Wednesday morning.

Veterans Memorial Park is located at Cline and Woodland in Coffeyville. The Coffeyville Veterans Memorial Park Association partnered with the City to develop the new park. Westbrook says the group is still looking for volunteers to help on Wednesday.

Those planning to attend the ceremony should bring lawn chairs and warm clothing.
