A former Greensburg police chief is arrested on child sex crime charges.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says agents and Bel Aire police arrested 33-year-old Aaron Webb at his Bel Aire home. Webb faces two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and two counts of battery. The charges allege he sexually abused a child between September 2022 and May 2023.
Webb resigned as police chief in November 2023. The Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office requested KBI assistance in January 2025 after allegations surfaced. Webb was booked into the Ford County Jail on a $75,000 bond. The investigation is ongoing.
