Montgomery County is taking internet security seriously.
That was the word this week from County I-T Director Jason Clubine. During his quarterly report to the county commission, Clubine described a recent training seminar done by the National Association of Counties or NACo. He says the training was cybersecurity preparedness exercise addressing emerging AI-related threats.
The purpose of the training is to educate participants on how artificial intelligence is changing the internet security landscape, identify potential risks associated with A-I technology, and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to use AI tools safely and responsibly.
