A Las Vegas man is killed in a two-vehicle crash in Wilson County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 4:05am this morning on Highway 400, about eight miles west of the Highway 47 junction. A westbound car driven by 47-year-old Lavor Clayton Sparks crossed the center line and struck an eastbound semi.

Sparks died in the crash. The semi driver, 51-year-old Eno Cassy of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, had no apparent injuries. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
