A new Casey's convenience store could break ground in Neodesha next spring.
During the Neodesha City Commission meeting, city officials discussed a recent meeting with Casey's representatives concerning the proposed location near Highway 75, west of the city shop. City Administrator Brogan Jones says the company is anticipating a May 27th groundbreaking.
The discussion also addressed access to the property and whether additional road improvements could be needed before construction begins. The proposed entrances have received state approval, although additional requirements could still arise. A completion date for the new Casey's location has not been announced.
