Coffeyville utility customers have until the end of the month to enroll in the city's Average Monthly Payment Plan.

The program allows residential customers to spread their utility costs throughout the year, with monthly payments calculated using a rolling 12-month average. Customers will continue to receive monthly bills showing their actual utility usage. To qualify, residents must have at least 12 months of utility billing history at their current address and have an account in good standing. Enrollment remains open through October 31.
