The Coffeyville City Commission will meet tonight and discuss several items of business.

 

On tonight's agenda is a resolution to authorize engineering design services for the Gibson Housing Development. The City of Coffeyville is working with a developer to increase housing in the community. The Gibson Housing Development will prepare 16 lots for development.

 

Commissioners will also be asked to approve an application for a 2026 Moderate Income Housing Grant Application to the Kansas Housing Resource Corporation for $750,000 for the Gibson Street Development.

 

There will also be a discussion to amend the 2026 City Fee Schedule to bring the City into compliance with credit and debit card processing agreements by imposing a transaction fee.

 

Tonight's meeting of the Coffeyville City Commission begins at 6:30pm in the Commission Room at City Hall. The public is invited to attend in person or to view the meeting online via the City of Coffeyville YouTube channel.
