Highway 169 is back open after being closed last night in both directions at Talala due to a fire at a grain mill.
According to Rogers County Emergency Management, area fire departments responded to the mill on the north end of town. US 169 had to be closed to allow firefighters to run hoses across the highway. The road was reopened around midnight and fire departments were able to clear the scene. There's no word on any injuries or the extent of the damage, but structure appears to be mainly undamaged.
