West Main Street in Neodesha will be closed until further notice.

The City of Neodesha announced the closure on Thursday after a semi truck damaged the Union Pacific railroad crossing on US-75 on the west side of the City. The Kansas Department of Transportation was notified and traveled to the site to assess damage. As of yesterday afternoon, a KDOT flagging crew was on the scene to guide traffic through the area.

Drivers should use caution in the area and find an alternate route if possible.
