Coffeyville’s Imagination Library will honor Dolly Parton with Dolly Day later this week.
The event is on Friday, September 25th, the date, nine-two-five, is a nod to her song “9 to 5.” Coffeyville Imagination Library Co-Chair Cathy Shald says Parton’s Imagination Library gives children books of their own and a chance to read with their families.
Shald says Dolly Day is from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Coffeyville Public Library. New Imagination Library signups will also be available for children under five who live in the USD 445 district.
