The Cherryvale City Council will meet tonight for its regularly scheduled meeting.

 

On the agenda is a request for funding from the Montgomery County Action Council with Executive Director Melissa Johnson.  Jason Laurent from Bevlaurent will discuss the purchase and development of city property. The company is the broker of a city property that is being considered for future industrial development, including the possibility of a data center.

 

In other business, the council is expected to schedule a hearing for the vacation of West 2^nd Street and discuss the possibility of purchasing properties at the upcoming county tax sale.

 

Today's meeting start at 6 p.m. at the Cherryvale City Hall and is open to the public.
