An Oklahoma game warden and a Nowata police officer are recognized for life-saving efforts.
Oklahoma Game Warden Dartanion Tilley and Nowata Police Department Officer Zachary Peak have been awarded the Nowata Fire & EMS Life Saving Award for their recent actions during a medical emergency. When the two encountered a patient who was experiencing cardiac arrest, they took immediate action. Warden Tilley and Officer Peak quickly began lifesaving efforts. Through their quick response, decisive actions, and continued resuscitation efforts, a pulse was successfully regained.
Their prompt actions saved the life of the patient.
