The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Columbus is looking for the owners of a variety of lost items that have been turned into their office.

 

Some of the items have names associated with them, such as driver’s licenses, license plates, and cell phones. Others are a little trickier to identify. Items without an identifiable owner may require claimants to provide additional details before the item is released.  The Sheriff’s Office is trying to return all of the property to the rightful owners.

 

If you’ve lost something in Cherokee County, it might be there.

• Black wallet containing cards belonging to Bryan A. Murray of Afton, Oklahoma

• Bank debit card belonging to Jacob L. Jarman of Missouri

• Brown leather gun holster only

• Kansas driver's license belonging to Christian Ritter

• Kansas driver's license belonging to Trey Sommer

• Silver women's ring with a stone — must be able to describe

• Texas driver's license belonging to Kimberly Williams

• Nebraska driver's license belonging to Aidyn Collins

• Two silver house keys and one gold key on a black carabiner

• Sam's Club card belonging to Angela Nielsen

• GM vehicle keys — two keys with one black key fob

• Three small silver keys

• Chevrolet key with two additional keys and a keychain

• Oklahoma license plate belonging to James Hensley of Ramona, Oklahoma

• Blue Motorola cellphone, Model XT2613V, possibly belonging to Heather Cooper of Missouri
