The Town of Copan is under a voluntary boil order until further notice due to ongoing problems with its water system.

Town officials recommend residents boil water before using it for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing their teeth or other consumption.

The town says it is working to resolve the issues and will provide updates when more information becomes available.
