KDOT Announces Approval of Bids for Labette and Wilson Co. Projects

 

The Kansas Department of Transportation announces bid awards for highway projects in southeast Kansas.

 

KDOT will fund several concrete projects on US-400, including work from the Wilson/Greenwood County line, east to the Fredonia roundabout. In Montgomery County, work will be done on US-75 from the Wilson County line to the US-75/US-400 junction. The project will then continue east on US-400 to the Labette County line. That project was awarded to Pavement Pros, LLC of McPherson for $240,000.

 

In Labette County, a mill and overlay project on US-59 from the north city limits of Parsons was approved for $98,000 and awarded to Bettis Asphalt and Construction of Topeka.
