A Caney man is facing felony charges for allegedly throwing a brick at another individual.
45-year-old Robert Martin Jr, was charged Friday in Washington County Court in Bartlesville with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The charges stem from an August 21st incident in which Martin is accused of chasing and throwing bricks at another individual. The victim also claims that they were also punched and kicked by the suspect.
Martin will appear in court again on September 11. his bond is set at $75,000.
