The controversial cameras have been used to locate stolen cars, track vehicles linked to crimes, and find missing persons. The technology has recently drawn criticism over misuse.

Tomlinson says Flock cameras recently led to an arrest in a Wilson County homicide investigation. Coffeyville, Independence, Caney, and Parsons also have Flock cameras installed.
