The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has rescinded the boil water advisory for parts of Wilson County Rural Water District #10.
The original advisory was issued on August 27 for portions of RWD #10 between 300 Road on the south and 1800 Road on the north. The advisory was issued due to a water line break.
Laboratory testing of drinking water samples collected from the RWD #10 indicate no evidence of bacteriological contamination. That and all other conditions that placed the system at risk of contamination are deemed by KDHE officials to be resolved.
