Today is the deadline for Independence residents to register their rummage sale for the upcoming Kan-Okla 100 Mile Highway Sale.
Those who wish to host a sale should stop by the Independence chamber offices at 616 North Penn by 5pm today in order to secure a permit. The permits are free and will also include having your sale placed on the city-wide map.
The 19th Annual Kan-Okla Sale happens from September 10 through 12.
