The Montgomery County Commission will hold a special meeting tomorrow at 9am to discuss details of the 2027 budget.

At Monday's meeting, Interim County Administrator Kori White informed commissioners of additional cuts that have been made to next year’s budget. Those include cuts to several departments including Environmental and Zoning as well as to the various fairs in Montgomery County.

Tomorrow’s meeting will begin at 9am in the Commission Room on the lower level of the Judicial Center in Independence. The public is invited to attend.
