Elk County Public Works announces some changes to the County's recycling program.
As of August 31st, the Elk County Recycling Program will discontinue pick up services for all local businesses and schools. The recycling trailer will proceed as scheduled with its last stop happening in Howard.
The Elk County Recycling Program will end all services at the end of this year. Anyone with questions should contact Elk County Public Works at 620-374-2580
