The new series Little House on the Prairie has reached number one on Netflix.

Independence Chamber of Commerce President Lisa Wilson says they have seen the impacts of the popularity of the show.  Wilson says this weekend is the perfect time to visit the Little House on the Prairie.

The Little House is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday with events for Carrie Days from 11:00am to 4:00pm on both days.
