Riverside Park in Independence has been busy with activity as the Montgomery County Fair Continues.

 

Several events took place over the weekend including dairy goat, sheep, market goat, swine, poultry and bucket calf shows.

 

Bucket Calf Exhibitor Traeger says there's a lot of work that goes into showing a calf.

 

Events today at the Montgomery County Fair include the buyer's supper at 5:30, presentation of awards at the sale ring at 6:45 and the livestock premium sale at 7.

The Neosho County Fair also wraps up today in Erie after a full weekend of events.

 

Today's lineup includes the round robin competition at 8:30, awards presentation at 5, BBQ Dinner at 6 and premium sale at 7:30.

 

All events take place at the fairgrounds in Erie.
