Authorities in Nowata are searching for a man on a failure to appear warrant.
Nowata County Sheriff Jason McClain says that 37-year-old Robert Meany Jr is being sought after he failed to appear for a July 21st court date in regards to four felony counts of illegally cutting down walnut trees in May of 2024.
Anyone with information on Meany's whereabouts is asked to contact the Nowata County Sheriff's Office or call 9-1-1.
