The Montgomery County Commission will hold its regular weekly meeting today and hear an in depth review of the county's policy on data centers.
At today’s meeting County Administrator Jonathan Booe will review the current data center policy for commissioners. This review comes a week after a motion to implement a six-month moratorium on data center construction in the County failed to pass. Also on today's agenda is Director of Juvenile Community Corrections Kenneth Fecke, who will present his department's Fiscal Year 2026 Year end Report for approval. Commissioners will also hear details on a request for bid for chemicals for Public Works and a review of bids for janitorial services.
Today’s meeting begins at 9am in the Commission Room on the lower level of the Judicial Center in Independence. The public is invited to attend in person or to view the meeting online via the County’s website.
