The Rotary Club of Coffeyville is investing more than $7,000 in local organizations and scholarships this year.

The funding comes from proceeds raised during the club’s Mardi Gras event in April. The Salvation Army Community Volunteers, Cedar Bluff Camp and the Field Kindley Charlesworth Natatorium fund will each receive $1,000. Genesis Food Pantry and the Local Health Equity Action Team’s Laundry Love program will each receive $500.

The Rotary Club plans to hold its next Mardi Gras fundraiser in February of 2027. The club meets at noon on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the Oak Room at Coffeyville Community College.
