A suspect in a road rage incident in southwest Missouri is in custody.
34-year-old Tyler Millman of Moundridge, Missouri, was arrested on Monday, July 20, after deputies from the Vernon County Sheriff's Office were called to respond to a road rage incident near Moundville, located southwest of Nevada, after receiving a report that multiple gunshots had been fired.
During the investigation, deputies learned that the suspect allegedly fired five rounds toward the victims while they were traveling in another vehicle. The suspect was later located near the intersection of Missouri Highway 43 and N Road. The driver, Millman, was taken into custody without incident. The investigation resulted in deputies recovering four firearms from the suspect vehicle and four spent shell casings. A fifth shell casing was recovered from the scene of the shooting.
Millman was booked into the Vernon County Jail in Nevada on charges of Discharging a Firearm at or from Motor Vehicle and Endangering a Child. He is being held on a no bond warrant.
