The Cherryvale City Council will meet for its regularly scheduled meeting tonight.

 

The council is expected to approve special assessments for property owners liable for the cost and expense of mowing and demolitions. Currently, 36 properties are on the list.

 

In other business, the council will consider the purchase of a boom mower for the smelter property, approve big opening process for H-V-A-C at the fire department, hear the first and second quarter treasurer's report and set and time and date for a budget workshop.

 

Tonight's meeting begins at 6 p.m. in City Hall and the public is welcome to attend.
