An Arkansas man is dead following a crash on US-400 in Kiowa County.
The accident happened around 12:45 on Friday afternoon just west of the City of Greensburg. 82-year-old Richard Whybark of Clarksville, Arkansas, was stopped at a stop sign on US-183 at the junction with US-400. As Whybark attempted a left turn onto the other highway, he was struck by a semi truck driven by 50-year-old Bradley Starks of Kingston, Oklahoma. Starks was uninjured in the crash but Whybark was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.
