A good crowd attends this year's Mound Valley Flagpole Festival.
While some events had to be adjusted or canceled because of the wet weather, the annual event on Friday and Saturday brought many to the Labette County town.
Organizers say they were pleased with the turnout for the car show, with a total of 47 entries.
Family games were also a popular event, with the turtle races drawing a large crowd. One participant brought a turtle she's had for two months.
Mud volleyball, cornhole, water slides and fireworks were among several other attractions available. The Flagpole Festival takes place each year at the end of June.
