Four people are injured in a Friday evening crash just west of Weir.

51-year-old Joshua Schaar of Cherokee was driving a 2008 Chevy Silverado westbound on Weir Road around 6:15pm on Friday when he failed to yield at the intersection of K-7. He struck a 2014 Chevy Traverse driven by 58-year-old Nancy Rich of Frontenac. Rich suffered minor injuries along with three minor children who were passengers in her vehicle.  All of the children were using proper safety restraints. The injured parties were all taken to a Pittsburg hospital for treatment.
