Inter-State Fair and Rodeo organizer Shanna Motl says one of the biggest changes this year is that the inside exhibits are open to everyone. Categories include arts and crafts, photography, horticulture, food preparation and preservation, clothing and textiles, agronomy, and STEM projects such as welding, woodworking, and 3D design.

Motl also says Wednesday is expected to be a highlight night at the fair, with plenty of activities and entertainment planned. She says families will find something to enjoy throughout the evening.
