Railroad crossing improvements could be in the works for the City of Coffeyville.

City Manager Ben Brubaker says they recently had a meeting with WATCO Railroad about the potential improvements.  Brubaker says after the Willow crossing the next two on WATCO's list would be work on the 4^th Street and 1^st Street Crossings.  Commissioner William Kendall says he doesn't feel the City should have to pay for WATCO's negligence on their upkeep of the railroad crossings.

Brubaker says they'll have an agreement for the commission to decide on at the next meeting on June 23^rd.
